Marta Schmidt possesses a wide array of talents and experience in multifamily residential operations, so she now guides the due diligence and new property onboarding for Allied Property Management. Schmidt does everything from audit rent rolls of prospective properties to setting up management software at new Allied communities.

She started her career in multifamily residential as a receptionist, then worked her way up to administrative assistant to the vice president, to leasing agent, and eventually to business manager of communities ranging from just under 100 units to just over 500. She spent much of her professional life working with Lincoln Property Company.
Schmidt was born in Brazil, and thus speaks Portuguese, English, and a little Spanish. When not working, Marta loves to travel, dine on local cuisine, go on shopping expeditions, and spend time with her family members.
