Allied Property Management was created by real estate investors who couldn’t find a management company that would meet the operational needs of the residents along with the financial needs of the investors. So they gathered together the elite team that is Allied Property Management.

Since 2013, the company has grown to manage an expanding portfolio of conventional, student & affordable properties. When many of the communities Allied worked to reposition required renovation, Allied Property Management launched its Construction division in 2017. It also offers homeowner association management services under Allied HOA Management
