John LeBeau
John LeBeau brings more than 40 years of experience and excellence to his role of running the day-to-day operations of Allied Property Management. His duties include supervising Allied’s regional managers along with the onboarding, training and marketing teams. LeBeau has taken numerous multimillion-dollar projects from concept, through financing, into completion, along successful lease-up, and finally to ultimate divestment. His experience includes time at Lincoln Property Company, Pinnacle Property Management and C-III Capital Partners.

His duties included business planning, loan acquisition, refinancing, budgeting, operating and selling of multimillion-dollar assets in commercial and multifamily residential real estate.
LeBeau maintains an active presence in professional circles, serving as a past board member of the Greater Dallas Apartment Association, which included stints on the Legislative Committee.
LeBeau holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, with a focus on finance, accounting, real estate and economics. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, working on his nephew’s ranch, being an active member of his church and working with Minuteman Disaster Response.
